Delivery Options

Within Singapore

We will process and deliver orders within 1-2 working days unless there are special instructions. Please expect delivery delays of at least 3-5 working days during promotional periods.

Our local courier service partners will fulfill deliveries to the address specified in your orders, please verify all details before submitting your orders. If you need to update the details in a submitted order, please click here.

Note that delivery charges differs during the certain sales like the NCI Annual Sale. Please refer to the information published during the sales period.

Our delivery timing depends on the schedule of our contracted delivery company. For special requests, please click here or input them in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" section before you check out.

International Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery for customers living outside Singapore except in Malaysia and China. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated on the checkout page.

Please be informed that any delivery dates stated during the order process are estimates only. Extra duties and taxes may apply, subject to customs inspection, which may require additional time. NCI will not be responsible for any loss in transition deliveries, customs duties and taxes charged to customers.

Please be advised that local and international delivery fees may vary from time to time according to fuel surcharge and/or promotional rates from courier companies.

Additional Notes for Shipping (International & Local):

• All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of GST unless otherwise indicated
• Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays. Saturdays are considered half a working day
• NCI reserves the right to amend shipping and handling charges as and when required
• NCI also reserves the right to reject orders from selected addresses or credit cards that we believe to be fraudulent
